As soon as we sat down with Christa, we knew she was the person we wanted to work with to plan our wedding. At all of the other venues we visited, we felt like just a number, a 30 minute tour and later forgotten about. Christa took the time to get to know us and to understand our vision for our big day- spending more than 2 hours with us at our first meeting! Christa knows all of the local vendors, so she was able to recommend the best vendors for us, including where we wanted to order our customized guest book and wedding favors from. When a problem arose, Christa made sure she had a solution before even telling us about the problem, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the new plan. Christa is flexible, communicative, and so understanding. The day of the wedding she had everything under control. If anything did go wrong, I didn’t notice it! She thought of absolutely everything. Christa is a big reason why our wedding was as special as it was, and I am so grateful to have worked with her. Throughout this whole process we gained an amazing friend. You will be so happy you chose to work with Christa! 

The second we got engaged, I knew I wanted Christa to help make our day the best day, and she delivered ten fold.

Christa planned my older sister’s wedding 8 years ago and we were so lucky to have her plan ours. She even traveled 3 hours to the middle of nowhere Maine to do so.

Christa was reliable, responsive, and was always a quick call or text away when we needed her. She made it her number one goal to make sure we enjoyed our day to the fullest extent. From sneaking us sips of our drinks during cocktail hour and photos, to loading our dinner plates from the buffet, to resewing my bustle when my husband stepped on it and ripped it, and everything in between, the day would not have been as perfect as it was without Christa.

Christa was the BIGGEST blessing for our wedding day. Her professionalism, punctuality, transparency, and organization skills are just a few characteristics that stick out when I think of Christa.

Not only did Christa help communicate with vendors during our planning process, but she was the “go to” on our wedding day and which alleviated stress on everyone!

In wedding day, Christa constantly checked in with me, took photos of the space, and made sure I was feeling as calm as possible.

Her ability to direct a wedding party and work with 3 kids under the age of 5 is a true talent. Multiple friends and family came up to me saying they wish they had Christa for their wedding day!

Not only was Christa our day of coordinator, but she has become a friend. We are so lucky and blessed to have had her hands on our wedding! The execution of the day would not have been the same without her.

I cannot find the words to express how incredibly lucky and grateful I am to have found Christa McLean. She is the perfect wedding planner. 3 months before my wedding, my venue informed me they were going out of business and couldn’t host our event. My mother and I reached out to her in a panic, and she was calm, cool, collected, and efficient. She wasted no time and came back to us with so many options. The venue we ended up with was perfect for our needs. At the start, we told her what the goals for our wedding were (barbeque, laid back, casual, fun), and every decision was made with that in mind. And every time I had to make decisions, she was great about giving me the options, and making suggestions without ever once feeling pushy. She was extremely accessible the whole time we worked together. Above all that, she’s a positive, personable, and genuine person, and I now consider her a friend. A bride needs to have a great deal of trust in her planner, and Christa had all of mine. I was in great hands, and if I had to do it all over again, she’d be the first person I call. 

Christa was absolutely fabulous to work with. She is very attentive, responsive, personable and HONEST. I never felt alone during the wedding planning process. If I had any questions she was always just a quick text away and she responded so quickly. Working with Christa made all my nerves go away. We explained the vibe we wanted for our wedding and she delivered tenfold!

We had a couple little hiccups in our wedding planning, but they were no match for our superhero, Christa! The first was that we had planned on doing the wedding at our home, but could not due to unforeseen circumstances. Before I had the chance to have a mental breakdown Christa had scheduled a tour for us at what would ultimately choose as our wedding venue the very same week! Second, our original DJ backed out just a few weeks before our big day, again Christa was on it! Before I even broke a sweat (literally within hours) she found us another DJ that we loved!! Our wedding was everything we could have dreamed of and it was even better thanks to Christa! Seriously can't say enough good things about her! Thank you so much Christa for everything you've done! We talk about our wedding all the time and how amazing everything was thanks to you and all of your hard work.

Any idea we had for our wedding she was able to make it a reality that was better than we could have imagined. She helps you block out the noise and focus on what matters most, building the wedding of YOUR dreams. Words truly cannot describe how amazing our experience working with Christa was. Our wedding was postponed and eventually moved states due to the pandemic, but Christa made the transition easy.

From the second we had our consult right down to every single detail day of - Christa made our wedding a dream come true. We had the most perfect day. Every accommodation was met with grace and speediness, every question answered, and every detail was sorted out for us.

My husband and I had a vision, and Christa brought it to life, from first look all the way to the fireworks/sparkler send off it was a dream come true. Highly recommend working with her!

Our wedding would not have been such success without Christa. I did not have to worry about a single thing from scheduling, set up, break down and directing guests and vendors. I was able to relax and dance the night away! At the slightest mention of needing something Christa was on it!

Christa is one of the most kind, welcoming people I've ever met. We had our dream wedding and gained a lifelong friend!

Christa was our wedding planner in 2019, and truthfully, she is half the reason we booked the venue that we did. My husband and I immediately could tell she was so genuinely excited for us and the work she does. There was no hesitation and we were so excited to work with Christa. For the two years of planning leading up to our wedding, she made sure we had and were doing everything we needed to and made it FUN! She offered suggestions, pointed us in the direction of great vendors and services, she was on top of all of it. At our wedding, Christa made sure everything ran smooth and everyone was having a good time, even getting stains out of bridesmaids dresses (see photo). Christa also made it her mission to make sure my husband and I were enjoying our wedding to the fullest. Sneaking us sips of our drinks in between taking pictures and making sure we got all the food, and coordinating with the vendors to make sure we didn’t miss the fun in the rush of it all. Weddings/ events can be stressful, but this is Christa’s JAM! And if it hasn’t been made clear, she is just an all over wonderful human being that if she wasn’t making sure your event was going off without a hitch she would, without a doubt, be a guest of yours!

Christa is absolutely amazing and real gem.  We worked with her at our wedding

 in July 2022 and she exceeded our expectations. Christa makes sure your only focus is on you and your partner. She takes care of EVERYTHING to make sure it all runs smoothly. She blew us away. Christa presence throughout the process filled us with ease.

She is easygoing (which is seriously SO needed), organized, keeps you on track with your planning timeline, professional, incredibly helpful, and always was quick to respond and help my husband and I. We both felt so confidant in our big day turning out how we wanted because of Christa. She has so many amazing ideas and brought our vision to life. She is wonderful, 100% go with her to take the worries away and just focus on celebrating the love you have for your partner.

Christa is fantastic to work with from the start of your planning all the way through your big day. She supported us through our wedding in May 2022. Our wedding was perfect for so many reasons. Christa helped us with ideas and tips all the way through to being there for us the day of. We were at ease working with her and could not have had a more smooth day - she is thoughtful and thinks of the details to have you covered. Where do I even begin! From the minute we met Christa we were hooked. Hooked on her personality, on her expertise, on her passion and how personal she made our experience. I am forever grateful to Christa for making our dream such a perfect and special day. She stepped in and made sure I was able to do the things that were important to me, followed me around with a drink and food to ensure I ate and made sure our dinner was plated after our photos so it was hot. I can't say enough about our experience planning a 2021 wedding with Christa! I had reached out about details and rates at our venue and started working with Christa before we were even engaged in 2019, she was nothing but professional and supportive from the get-go.
Throughout our wedding planning process Christa worked with my Mom to book an add-on for our special day, my bridesmaids to plan a surprise dinner at the venue for me, and me on details big and small. She had wonderful recommendations not only for local vendors but for the flow of the day and what traditions to keep and nix based on my expectations.
I never saw her lose her cool, even when my photos had to be drastically cut down, a rainstorm was coming, and we were pushing the envelope on starting dinner. Christa was there just working magic behind the scenes throughout the day and ensuring that I wasn't privy to any of the chaos that might have ensured around me. And she did it all with a smile! Guests and fellow vendors even remarked at how wonderful Christa is at her job. If you have the chance to work with her on your wedding, do it.

Christa helped with our wedding in October 2016 and honestly, I cannot say enough good things about her. I constantly recommend the venue where we got married just so my friends can also have a chance to work with her!

She was always so quick to answer my phone calls and emails and was always so dang on top of everything. Christa NEVER made me feel like anything less than a valued friend even when I am sure I was an anxious mess. If there was anything that I was nervous about or wanted to do at the wedding, she was so supportive and literally helped make all my dreams happen.

The number of things that she did to go above and beyond are more than could ever be expected, and to be honest, she helped us more like a full-blown wedding planner would. We got married on a Sunday and the venue had put up some beautiful decorations and up-lighting for the wedding the night before. We did not pay for these decorations, but Christa was amazing and waited to take them down so that we could enjoy them for our wedding as well. I distinctly remember feeling like I was going to have a panic attack before walking down the aisle and Christa stood there and chatted with me about my dogs and anything else to keep me from passing out.

Six years later, my husband and I still try to visit Christa when we can because she is just an incredible person and never fails to make our day. She has never forgotten us and literally still remembers when we got married, which is amazing to me considering how many events she has planned since then! She truly feels like a friend, and I have talked to MANY other brides she has worked with who will say the exact same thing.

I cannot stress enough that you cannot go wrong working with Christa!

​Christa was our wedding coordinator in May 2017 and I would have been lost without her! She was so helpful and caring throughout the process keeping me organized and made sure I didn’t miss any deadlines or planning points. Day of the wedding she was readily available and a “Jack of all trades” taking on anything to make my day perfect. I loved working with her and you will too!

Our wedding day was set to be an experience - a HUGE New England Nor’easter headed our way and our ceremony and part of our reception was outside. Christa was able to easily pivot (and keep my mind at ease)! She was so easy to work with throughout the planning process from Day 1 and kept us on task and organized. Christa is easily one of the most amazing women I’ve ever met. She worked with us for our June 2016 wedding, and we couldn’t have been more blessed. Every single detail was accounted for. Every single question was answered (and trust me there were a lot). When we weren’t sure which vendor to go with- she helped us decide and feel confident in our decisions. We were at such ease during the entire process and when it came to the execution of our actual wedding day it was as seamless as ever. Christa knew exactly where we should be at exactly when, down to the second. I can’t recommend Christa enough, and anyone would be lucky to work with her.

The level of chaos that an event planner/coordinator has to keep in check is already super high. Now make that event a wedding and have it during the middle of a global pandemic full of occupancy limits and social distancing restrictions and you’ve got what my situation was. My wife and I are incredibly thankful to have worked with Christa because even with all of the obstacles she always kept us in the loop and somehow still made it all happen. It all worked out perfectly.
